Cinnamon “Bun” Cupcakes

These super easy to make "cupcakes" are a delicious and super healthy snack!  Also perfect for school lunches! 



 For This Batch

Preheat oven to 325 degrees

Makes 9 cupcakes

  •  1 package Classic flatbread mix
  • ½ C raisins
  • ¾ C applesauce
  • ¼ C warm water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • For a sweeter taste, add 1/8 to 1/4 C sweetener of your choice



Thoroughly mix all ingredients.

Let sit for about 5 minutes.


Using ¼ measuring cup, put the mixture into muffin tins, lined with muffin papers.

Bake for 30 minutes.


Drizzle icing (optional)

1/2 C icing sugar

1 Tbsp water

2 Tbsp coconut oil

½ tsp vanilla


Melt coconut oil and pour into ingredients and mix.

Using a teaspoon, drizzle on each cupcake.
