But Myrna made them into a delicious new option for ground meat dishes!

Let's face it.  Most plant-based meats aren't very tasty, have strange textures and aren't particularly healthy.  Just try and read the ingredients.  Better yet, try to understand the ingredients!  That's exactly what Myrna did as she turned to a plant-based diet for health reasons.

She found Tertiary Butylhydroquinone, Magnesium Carbonate and Propylene Glycol, among other "ingredients" in those so-called 'healthy' meat alternatives!  Myrna couldn't find labels she could read with ingredients she could trust, so she took matters into her own hands, and created the world's first seed-based dry mixes that can be used to make any ground meat dish - from Pumpkin, Sunflower, Chia, Flaxseed and Hemp flakes  (along with other simple ingredients).

We typically recommend adding 3/4 cup of warm water to one 10oz (300 g) package. But here's the thing. It doesn't have to be water. It could be wine, soup broth or any other liquid you feel will add that little extra something to your creation!
